- Décompressez l'archive du thème (habituellement un fichier .zip ou .tgz) dans le dossier
lib/tpl/(Si l'archive ne contient pas de dossier, vous devrez créerlib/tpl/<nomduthème>et décompresser les fichiers dedans.) - Sélectionnez ensuite le thème depuis le Gestionnaire de configuration en ajustant le paramètre template

Les thèmes
L'apparence de DokuWiki peut être complètement modifiée grâce aux thèmes – également appelés « templates », « skins », « gabarits » ou encore « modèles ».
REMARQUE IMPORTANTE
Les fonctionnalités des thèmes évoluent avec les versions de DokuWiki. Il est conseillé d'installer un thème au moins aussi récent que la version de DokuWiki que vous utilisez. Un thème plus ancien ne proposera peut-être pas l'ensemble des fonctionnalités disponibles actuellement. Consultez le Journal des modifications pour voir les changements importants.
Note : Sachez qu'une bonne moitié des liens de téléchargement ne fonctionne pas. Si un thème vous plaît, ne vous réjouissez pas trop vite et essayez d'abord de le télécharger !
Installer des thèmes
Depuis la version Ponder Stibbons 1) de DokuWiki (2014-05-05), le Gestionnaire d'extensions s'occupe d'installer et de mettre à jour les thèmes automatiquement. Il vous permet de rechercher et d'installer les modèles listés ci-dessous. Vous pouvez également installer votre propre thème via l'onglet Installation manuelle.
Créer un thème
Pour créer votre propre thème, consultez la page Dévelopment de thèmes. Vous pourrez ensuite le partager avec la communauté en créant une nouvelle page dans la catégorie template. Si vous souhaitez voir un thème d'une autre application transformé en thème DokuWiki utilisez la liste des vœux du forum
Rechercher des thèmes
Filtrer les thèmes disponibles en utilisant le nuage d'étiquettes. Vous pouvez aussi rechercher dans la catégorie des thèmes, 'template', en utilisant la boite de recherche.
