Add Facebook Fan Boxes to your DokuWiki pages

Download and Installation
Search and install the plugin using the Extension Manager. Refer to Plugins on how to install plugins manually.
Syntax and Usage
To embed a fanbox widget, you need to get it's FacebookID (you'll find it in the fanpage's URL) and call the syntax like this:
{{fbfanbox>52877633616 10f 300x500 status nologo left }}
All parameters except the FacebookID are optional. The following parameters are supported:

| nologo | logo | Disable the Facebook logo header |

Current Limitations
- You need to have JavaScript enabled
- The box doesn't work in the Preview mode for some reason - no idea why

Maybe you've installed Adblock Plugin for FF?
Whoops! Thanks for the reminder! That was part of the problem (on one of my Firefox accounts) but the Facebook box still only shows intermittently. I've noticed it's intermittent in IE, too. I wonder if it's trying to load too early? Maybe the Facebook-loading code shouldn't run until the page is fully loaded (ie. with a <body onload=...> event? — Rik Blok 2011/03/06 04:22
It gets stranger: after upgrading to Firefox 4 the box still sometimes doesn't display but other times it spontaneously opens in a new tab. Any ideas? — Rik Blok 2011/03/24 00:59
I had better luck just using iframe with the instructions from http://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/like-box/ — Rik Blok 2011/03/24 02:19
Does not work with this group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/94786142194/ Works fine with the example group.
