Introduction
This template is an adaption of nodethirtythree's zenlike template (see http://www.freecsstemplates.org/preview/zenlike)
Menu items
The template supports a top menu, which is either created from a comma separated list of menu items consisting of the pair “Label|wiki-id” or (since v5.0) made up from a list on a wiki page containing usual internal (or even external) links like this:
* [[home|Home-Page]] * [[blog|Blog]]
The menu display is switched to a select box on mobile devices due to the narrow display size.
