Installation
Install the plugin using the Plugin Manager and the download URL above, which points to latest version of the plugin. Refer to Plugins on how to install plugins manually.
Examples/Usage
Install this plugin on your server and before a user can create an account their data is checked against a large database of known spammers at http://stopforumspam.org
Users who are found will be blocked, users who are not found will be passed through.

Known Bugs and Issues
There are no controls for sensitivity in username occurrences. Anything over a 10% confidence interval triggers a rejection.
A match on email or IP address triggers an automatic rejections. While that's suitable for my paranoid usages, that might not be appropriate for everyone.
Error messages on rejection aren't clean. Then again, they're probably being read by a bot, so who cares?

Installing through extension manager gives the following error, though it seems to install anyway:
Error, the requested extension hasn't been installed or updated
Additionally, a feature request: some kind of log through which banned ip's can be viewed (mostly in case of false-positives.
