The idea did i get from divalign2. “Alignment” bases on it. I didn't like the code and the usage of divalign2, so i wrote a new one. At this point thanks to Luis.
Features
- Aligns the content
- Added button in the toolbar
- half ODT-compatibility (content is shown, but not aligned)
- XHTML compliant
- No paragraph problems (you don't need to create paragraphs manually to guarantee functionality)
- Language support (so far: en, de, de-informal)
Download and Installation
Search and install the plugin using the Extension Manager. Refer to Plugins on how to install plugins manually.
Syntax and Usage
The usage is very simple. Enclose the paragraph or block you want to align with an <align youralign>
-tag. “Youralign” is the align you want to use:
tag | description |
---|---|
<align left></align> | aligns the content left (default) |
<align center></align> | aligns the content centered |
<align right></align> | aligns the content right |
<align justify></align> | the content will be shown justified |
Note: The plugin isn't usable for tables, quotes or lists.
Discussion
Looks nice that you took the idea to build a new plugin, Faraday. BTW, if you need webspace to host the plugin, I have a place where I can upload it. Interested? — Luis 2010/06/10 20:29
