This option accepts a filesize in bytes. All images referenced in the CSS stylesheets that are smaller than the set size will be embedded directly into the CSS. This makes the CSS larger, but saves the browser from having to make a lot of HTTP requests for tiny images and thus reduces the HTTP header overhead. Setting the option to 0 disables the feature.
Please note that some Browsers (Internet Explorer < 8) will not be able to understand this and images will be missing.
