importoldchangelog plugin by Ben Coburn
Imports and converts the single file changelog from the 2006-03-09 release to the new format. Also reconstructs missing changelog data from old revisions kept in the attic.

Compatible with DokuWiki 2006-11-06 to latest.
You only need this plugin when you are upgrading from a version older than 2006-11-06. Once the import is done, it can be safely deleted and is never needed anymore.
This plugin was bundled with DokuWiki version 2006-11-06 through 2008-05-05, removed in the 2009-02-14 release. Please do incremental upgrades if starting with versions prior to 2006-11-06.
