Make manually uploaded files appear in Media Manager
If you uploaded some files to your FTP by other means than the MediaManager, they won't appear in it.
- Put them in the media directory amongst other files. (/data/media/)
- Edit /meta/_media.changes
- Add fake lines following this model:
