It becomes obligatory matter because all UN decisions comes from USA platform. Let us setup United Nation Headquarter to a democratic country site as proposed Rajshahi Padma riverside, Bangladesh.  People of world has to believe united nation make decision from own state and own ideology and fair free judgment authority. United nation state head will be select by the all countries vote in united nation state general assembly. President of united nation general assembly and secretary general of united nation will be head and sub-sequent body of united nation state. Any country may send one name for president & secretary general candidate. All other body of organ-gram same as existing or may change as usual manner. Everybody shy to say united nation depends on contribution from the member country and 22% comes from USA. As record year 2011, so my (Engr. Zohaque Ahmed) concept is no need contribution anymore for united nation. United nation state would run / function from own source of money if united nation state made own currency (UNSC).

-United nation total budget during 2011 year was 13.9 billion US dollar but united nation state currency (UNSC) about to start budget, 60 billion US dollar during 2011 year. ( Which was calculated from circulation of dollar in whole world.) This 60 billion dollar become curb money loser by all country and on the other hand member countries contributing united nation for run.  This excess united nation state money may use for mankind. United nation state will be sole authority of united nation state currency. Only this currency will circulate for transaction throughout all united nation member country. UN state currency is a highest valued currency which is greater than all countries currency in the world. Start united nation state currency for worldwide trading to meet-up expenditure of united nation. Any countries grant, loan for other country, traveler’s money, etc, should convert united nation state currency. Only this concept becomes peace of world and work like nuclear particle. Let us start to go back US domestic dollar to USA and give us equivalent gold by international law. UN organization is a holding authority of all countries reserve gold for domestic country currency print and United Nation State will print international currency (UNSC) which will circulate throughout world.
