Allows administrators and managers to ban certain usernames from accessing the wiki

Similar to ipban
This plugin allows you to ban certain users based on their username. Users logging into the wiki with a banned username will only see an error message telling them about the ban and the explanation you gave.
It is useful when your users authenticate with a centralized login (ad,ldap) and you want to give every authenticated user write access without using recursive groups. This plugin allows you to ban a user despite allowing “@user” read/write access.
