Summary
This module provides the Two Factor Authentication plugin with the needed functionality to use an Telegram appliance as a means to provide one-time passwords. Based on Two Factor Authentication - SMS Appliance Plugin

Telegram Bot
Installation
Search and install the plugin using the Extension Manager. Refer to Plugins on how to install plugins manually.
This plugin requires configuration prior to being functional. By default it is off and will need to be turned on. Additionally, the API Token used to pass the message
Configuration and Settings
Enable 2FA Telegram - Turn on or off the use of Telegram Appliance for 2FA. Default: off
Bot Token - Telegram Bot API Token. You only need token.
User Setup
In order to use the Telegram appliance, the user will have to configure the wiki to send passwords by Telegram. This can be done through the Two Factor configuration link at the upper right menu.
Once at the Two Factor configuration page, there will be a checkbox to enable use of the Telegram appliance. Click the “Save” button, and the wiki will show a textbox for the user's Telegram ID. Enter the Telegram ID to use and click “Save” again to send a test message to the phone. Last, enter the password sent to the phone into the verification textbox and clicking the “Save” button again. If needed, click on the “Resend Password” button to send another password to the phone.
