+This is a popular function in lots of CMS. To add manner-choose to all pages in a namespace, just make a blank file "manner.add" in that namespace directory(dokuwiki/data/pages/...namespace...). Start page in the namespace doesn't use this function by default and you can cancel it in configuration.
