What is SIOC? The SIOC initiative (Semantically-Interlinked Online Communities) aims to enable the integration of online community information. SIOC provides a Semantic Web ontology for representing rich data from the Social Web in RDF. […] SIOC enables new kinds of usage scenarios for online community site data, and allows innovative semantic applications to be built on top of the existing Social Web. The SIOC ontology was recently published as a W3C Member Submission, which was submitted by 16 organisations.

Means: the SIOC plugin connects your DokuWiki instance with the Semantic Web by providing meta data in RDF vocabulary. If you set pinging enabled the plugin pings after saving a new/edited wiki article. is a repository for RDF documents. You can notify this service that you created/updated a RDF document on your web site.

Download and Installation

Download and install the plugin using the Plugin Manager using the following URL. Refer to Plugins on how to install plugins manually.

You can configure it via Plugin Configuration at your Admin page.
