Redirect user to defined page, if namespace doesn't exist and you not admin
Installation
Search and install the plugin using the Extension Manager.
Examples/Usage
open wiki: Everyone reading - you write.
If the user comes to non-existing page, the plugin will display the specified namespace. Like 404 page, but for wiki.
And if you're logon in the system and works as an admin, you can create page.
