What is it for
The graphical structure of DokuWiki terms helps you understand its building blocks and their dependencies or do its impact analysis.
You can discover what places are too flat or too rich.
You can also compare how the DokuWiki site grows in which areas etc.
Ideally you can publish the company business dictionary or its subset. You can also do it on regular basis with a simple batch script.
Metadata are detected like links objects (simply AHREF that lead on the current DokuWiki server) from DokuWiki pages. Whenever an object depends on another it becomes a branch in the metadata tree.
When there is a link to a metadata term of a branch type, a simple leaf link term is available in the tree (clicking on the node highlights the source node for a while). The content of the branch is not copied. Links to parent term and root term are excluded during analysis. A rule can be configured to avoid specific pages from analysis.
You can click on each node and your browser will display the link in DokuWiki.
