HTML_PAGE_FROMTEMPLATE

This event got replaced by COMMON_PAGE_FROMTEMPLATE in devel on 2010-03-10 and will not be available in subsequent stable releases.
This event is signalled by html_edit() in inc/html.php when a new page is to be created (loaded into the editor), handlers can use it to load their own namespace templates.
