Configuration Setting: manager
Specifies who has manager rights in DokuWiki. Managers gain access to a limited selection of items on the admin menu, e.g. the Revert Manager, but they cannot access the ACL and user manager.
You can set either a username or the name of a group by prepending an @ char to the groupname.

How can I make the wiki's @manager bypass all ACL checks while operating on pages (edit, view, etc)?
If that involves making a plugin, please mention the steps needed (I know PHP and I've already done a few plugins).
Note: I really mean bypassing, as I use the distributed ACL plugin. The aim is not to have managers being blocked by users who set some rules by mistake.

To what does a manager has access to exactly? Can it manage ACL's or users? Can it configure settings? Are there security risks involved?
