The entire template is planned to be dynamic. I am adding bits and pieces to it, when I am able to. At this time, it uses the $ID to determine what image to use. I plan to add to the instructions within the archive when new content is added. I plan to add a dynamic link bar that pulls information for the data directory to make a list of links. Since the entire template will be dynamic in nature, that is why I named it Dynamic Template. The template also has a feature that allows it to fit within the given space of the Facebook iframe, another dynamic feature, lol.

I have added a javascript and 3 css files that handle the resolution widths: 800, 1024, 1152, and 1280(or larger).

====Update====
I'm unsure on how popular or useful this template has been for users of DokuWiki, but I am thinking of taking it back up and updating it further to the latest release. I used to love this template, and I plan to reuse it. I will update it on sourceforge, and the updated version will be released as 2.0.0. I plan to remove the external javascripts, as to release it from potential vulnerabilities.
