見出しの中で他の構文が使用できないようです。 これはバグですか？

いいえ、バグではありません。 DokuWiki 内で見出しはどのように動作するのかの制限です。 二つの理由があります：

1. 印刷術上、見出しに任意の書式を持っていることは悪いスタイルと考えられている。
2. 見出しは目次やいくつかの場所で使用されており、相互間でマークアップを行うことは技術的に非常に複雑でエラーを起こし易い。

But what about typograhical entities like endash?
