When this setting is enabled, cookies that were set via an SSL secured connection (HTTPS) will never be sent over an unsecured connection by browsers. This is more secure but might be unwanted when only the login should be secured via SSL but not the whole wiki for performance reasons. In that case you need to disable this option.
This option has no effect when you don't use SSL.
